DLJ Protects Society
We are preparing a permanent, love-centered community where unhoused children and young adults can land safely, heal deeply, and learn to live in right relationship with Earth.
Our mission is to acquire land and develop a secure, permaculture-based village—powered by the sun, fed by living soil, and guided by community stewardship—so that youth without housing can access stability, education, and meaningful work in harmony with nature.
We really need to provide with a Forever home. Everyone deserves a home and belonging Here we will build homes for them for life not just get on feet but for LIFE. This is where we bring love back in full force. They will learn to create family where ever they are.
Identifying acreage with water access, healthy soils, and space for gardens, housing, and learning.
Designing food forests, rain capture, soil regeneration, and waste-to-resource cycles.
Creating safe arrivals, private rooms, and community standards rooted in love, accountability, and growth.
A sanctuary of First Start Homes where residents stabilize quickly, learn hands-on skills (gardening, trades, tech, arts), and transition into purpose-filled independence—supported by mentors, community kitchens, and shared stewardship of the land.

Why a Church Conversion?
It’s faster, cheaper, and smarter: existing assembly buildings already have parking, utilities, and big open rooms that convert into a community kitchen, dining, classroom, and safe sleeping spaces. Our first cohort aims for ~25 youth with on-site food production and a computer learning lab — dignity on Day One.
